Buddha said “Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.”
In truth, there is no separation. We are not separate from God; we are of God. God is in and of all. God is absolute (spiritual) truth. Our intellect allows us to believe we are separate; in fact, we choose to be “separate” or ignorant or unknowing of our true nature. This “separate” truth is your personal truth. It is the truth you learn from your human experience.

Truth in human experience

When a child is born, soul is pure. Child doesn’t know there is anything like lies. Its us, who started teaching with our small actions. Child observe and learns that.
Truth matters, both to us as individuals and to society as a whole.

As individuals, being truthful means that we can grow and mature, learning from our mistakes.
For society, truthfulness makes social bonds, and lying and hypocrisy break them.
If you doubt this, consider what happens when you find out that someone has lied to you. You feel less inclined to trust them next time, and also less inclined to trust other people more generally.

Spiritual Truth,
There are many spiritual truths you can apply to your daily life as it unfolds before you. Some of these truths are the truth of God’s love, the truth of God’s forgiveness, the truth of God’s abundance, and the truth of God’s healing. Application of these truths is not limited to decision-making, but can also be a source of clarification for issues that are confusing to you, but require your attention and action.

Applying spiritual truths to your life is thinking the same way that God thinks. Remember, the universe—and everything in it—was created by God, based upon God’s application of God’s spiritual truths.
